MODERN MIDLIFE 018 – From Champion Athlete to Depression and Beyond
This week on Modern Midlife, I talk with Heather Joy Bassett about midlife and coping with its challenging ups and downs.
In this episode, Heather shares her journey of transformation from a Senior Women’s World Champion lacrosse player to a podiatrist suffering from depression, and then on to a heart centered free spirit speaking her truth with love and compassion. Heather is a testament to the strength of the human spirit to overcome adversity.
Heather is now a transformational Speaker, Author and Founder of the SPRUTH Movement (Speaking Truth, With Love and Compassion).
